Hi! I’m Rebecca
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I earned my Master’s in Family Therapy from Notre Dame De Namur University, my doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), and my bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University.
Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings, including outpatient day programs, community mental health clinics, and schools. During my postdoctoral training, I provided individual and group therapy to elementary, middle, and high school students, helping them navigate academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges. I have also specialized in parenting support, with expertise in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, fostering stronger parent-child relationships to enhance social-emotional development, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In addition, I have facilitated psychotherapy groups for mothers, offering pregnancy and postpartum support. I was also privileged to work with Authentica Center, an organization dedicated to the social and emotional development of young girls and adolescents, where I led social skills groups.
As a certified Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) therapist and certified Quantum Energy Healer, I am passionate about helping individuals embrace and navigate their sensitivities in a supportive and empowering way. In recent years, I have expanded my practice by integrating spiritual psychology and Quantum Energy healing, deepening my holistic approach to emotional well-being
